The Coalition for Algoma Passenger Trains (CAPT) is a regional not-for-profit organization of individuals, municipalities, First Nations, businesses and other stakeholders who recognize the significant social, economic, cultural, historical and environmental value of Northern Ontario’s passenger trains.
